Hi, I’m Maya. I’m 57, a single mom to one son, and I’ve sold real estate for 12 years. I know money — contracts, commissions, what it takes to close. So I figured my income was handled.
But I’ve always been the only income in my house. One son, one paycheck. And the truth finally hit me: commission isn’t safety. One slow month and the whole thing wobbles.
I didn’t need another job — I had a job. I needed something that didn’t depend on me clocking in. Something I could build a few hours at a time, around full-time real estate.
